BIOGRAPHY OF EVANGELIST GETMORE MATYORAHWEYE

I was born on the 21st of June 1991. lm married to Fungai Shamaine Matyorahweye and blessed with one child, Othniel Dalubuhle. l attended my Primary level at Sampakaruma Primary School from 1999 and enrolled at Nyamunga High for my Ordinary level. In 2008 l obtained colourful, 6 Ordinary Level Passes. I received Jesus Christ, baptized and was born again in the year 2002 in Ambassadors For Christ Ministries. After completing my general education l had a passion of being an electrical engineer. l applied for a program at Mufuri College. As l was preparing to fulfill my passion, God visited me telling me l should reconsider my goal and work solely for him. In 2010 God confirmed his word through Dr Akk Saande the founder of Ambossadors. Later that year, God visited me in a vision with a tangible sign that shocked everyone in my family. God annoited me with almost 2 litres of oil as per the vision. In the morning, everyone saw the oil on the floor and my Apostle confirmed it the same day, though he was not present in our house. God sent a dove with a fish and said l will supply all the necessities as l send you forth to do my work. God continued revealing spiritual visions in different ways pu until he said l should attend a Bible School. Nevertheless, l willingly turned my journey into a spiritual tour. On the 26th of February 2012, l was enrolled at Ephisians Bible Leadership Training Institution (EBLTI), a bible school owned by Ambassadors and was ordained as a fulltime minister of the Gospel. I was given an autonomous certificate to operately seperately for any religious organization on 11 October 2016 by Dr AKK Sande and Dr Elizabeth Sande, the founders of Ambassadors.

l worked as a minister in Chinhoyi, Banket, Harare, Highfields, Chivhu and my present location, Mvuma. On June 13 2014, God showed me a wonderful vision vision and a sign tha shocked me. God told me clearly about the vision on Habbakuk 2:2-3, saying l should wait and see. He showed me a big tent full of people who wanted to repent but had no gospel preacher or a minister who was able to lead them. So God promised me that he will put the nedded word in my mouth (lsaiah 6:5-8;Jeremiah 1:5-8,10). As from then, l looked for someone to mentor in evangelism. l found my Father Evangelist Paul Saungweme who helped me in numorous ways. l continued seeking advice from different men of God who were in the same field. We sat down with fellow fellow brothers in Christ and decided to form EFAM and managed to come up with all required documents including a constitution and code of conduct. So EFAM is an autonomous organisation that runs its affairs. By the grace of our Lord, we managed to register it to Evangelical Fellowship Of Zimbabwe in 2016. Since we formed it, we staged two crusades in Mvuma and Musampakaruma. We are looking forward to do more crusades as we are waiting and preparing the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

MISSION STATEMENT

We are commited to taking the message of salvation and eternal life to people of all nations, tribes, races, creed, colour, age, and gender through all available media as well as to demonstrating the Spirit and power of our lord Jesus Christ whenever the Gospel is preached, and to discipline, enabling, empowering and encouraging one another to love, worship and serve our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ as prescribed in His Word.

VISION STATEMENT

We see E.F.A.M vigorously participating in Spirit-Led missions, crusades, conferences and revivals with churches and other Christian organizations in Zimbabwe, Africa and throughout the world so that together we proclaim the Gospel to more and more people who have not heard it, we see healthy churches emerging and the Kingdom of God advancing, unreached people trusting in Christ, becoming disciples, leaders, missionaries and ministries, churches being planted in Zimbabwe, Africa and at the ends of the earth where Christ treasured, His Word being taught and people being transformed by the power of God and nations being overturned by the love of Christ.

PURPOSE STATEMENT

Evangelism For Africa Ministries exists to:

1. EVANGELISM- "To make disciples of all nations according to the Great Commision of our Lord Jesus Christ." (Mark 16:15)

2. MINISTRY/MISSION- "To serve unselfishly in Jesus’ name, meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those in the ministry, community and in the world."(1 Peter 4:10,11; Mathew 25:34-35, 1 Thessalonians 5:11; Galatians 5:13)

3. DISCIPLE MAKING- "To preach the Gospel to the poor, to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed and to proclaim the acceptance year of the Lord. To train and teach the word of God till we attain the fullness of Christ." (Luke 4:18; Eph 4:11-13)
